NO REFUNDS will be given if you do not press on the proper sublimation product or if you buy this thinking it is a tumbler when it is stated above that it is not. You cannot just sublimate onto any cup or tumbler. The image you see on the screen is digital. The actual colors of the product may vary from the original image after pressed onto the tumbler. The colors on the transfer will look dull until pressed onto the tumbler.
